The main purpose of the scientific journal “Bulletin of Amanzholov University– is to promote the development of domestic science, through the reflection of the main trends, directions and results of scientific research, to accumulate articles on relevant topics, thereby contributing to ensuring the leading role of Society in the international and national scientific and educational space.

The main directions of scientific publications

A series of technical and physical-mathematical sciences: physics, mathematics, information technology, materials science, engineering and technology.

Series of natural sciences: chemistry, biology, ecology, geography, fundamentals of life safety, forestry.

A series of social and humanitarian sciences: history, archeology, philosophy, political science, cultural studies, sociology, religious studies, international relations, philology, journalism, Altaytanu.

Economic and legal series: economics, econometrics, statistics, finance, accounting and auditing, business and management, state and local government, tourism, theory of state and law, topical issues of legal science.

A series of psychological and pedagogical sciences: History of pedagogical science, methodology of modern education, psychological and pedagogical problems of professional training of specialists, psychological and pedagogical research, e-learning and distance education, comparative education, education management, innovative development of universities, inclusive education.

Frequency

The periodicity of the magazine’s publication is 4 times a year.

Conditions for the publication of articles

Scientific articles are accepted throughout the year through the Online Article Submission system and undergo three stages of verification for acceptance for publication:

– checking for compliance with the subject and requirements of the journal;

– checking for plagiarism and unfair borrowing;

– review of articles.

When accepting an article for publication, the author(s) pay for the publication. The cost of publication (price list) is approved by the Chairman of the Board-Rector and posted on the journal’s website.

The journal is published in accordance with the following basic principles and publication ethics

The Editorial Board of the journal in its work is guided by the international ethical rules of scientific publications, including the concept of professionalism, objectivity, scientific, impartiality, decency, confidentiality, supervision of publications and prevention of possible conflicts of interest, etc. The authors, members of the editorial board, and the editor-in-chief of the journal bear the corresponding ethical obligations related to the preparation of a scientific publication and the dissemination of the results of scientific research. The interaction of the editorial board with the authors is based on the principles of transparency, honesty, courtesy, fairness and objectivity.

All the contents of the journal, except for advertising and editorial publications, clearly marked as such, are subject to mandatory review. Manuscripts are being prepared for publication.

Information openness

On the journal’s website, information about the publishing house, the editorial board, the review and publication of scientific articles, and other information are published in open access in accordance with the information openness of the publication.

The author of the publication must be a person who was largely involved in its creation. All authors must give their consent for publication. Copyright is respected in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Peer review of scientific articles is carried out by double-blind peer review

The review of scientific articles is carried out by at least 2 (two) reviewers of the relevant branch and direction of the subject of the article.

The conclusion about the possibility of publishing articles in the journal is made on the basis of 2 blind reviews by independent scientists, including foreign ones.

The reviewer must correspond to the scientific direction of the article and is responsible for the content of the published article. Articles are provided to reviewers without specifying information about the author(s). The reviewer must review the submitted article within two weeks of receipt. The review is provided to the author(s) of the article without specifying information about the reviewers.

Archiving of journal issues and availability

All articles accepted for publication are published in the journal and on the journal’s website, as well as on the sites of indexed databases.

Access to the archive of issues of the journal is carried out on the principle of open access (Open access) on a free basis.
