The journal is an open access publication that allows all users (readers) to read, download, link and copy published materials freely and for free.

 

User rights

The authors retain the copyright to the work and transfer to the journal the right of first publication together with the work.

 

Fee for publication in the public domain

Articles submitted for publication are subject to payment for the processing of the article. Payment for publication is made only after passing the review procedure and a positive decision of the editorial board on the acceptance of the manuscript for publication. Authors are charged only if the article is accepted for publication. There is no application fee.

Authors can pay the author’s fee independently or at the expense of grants, affiliated organizations, etc.
