Articles submitted for publication are subject to payment for the processing of the article. Payment for publication is made only after passing the review procedure and a positive decision рof the editorial board on the acceptance of the manuscript for publication. There is no application fee. Authors can pay the author’s fee independently or at the expense of grants, affiliated organizations, etc. Authors are charged only if the article is accepted for publication.
