“Bulletin of Amanzholov University” has been transformed from a scientific publication as the scientific journal “Regional Bulletin of the East”, issued by the NPLC “Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University” since 1999. 

The magazine was published once a quarter and contained headings:

• technique,
• technology and physical and mathematical sciences,
• natural sciences and medicine,
• social sciences and humanities,
• psychological and pedagogical sciences.
