The authors are responsible for the factual materials and data provided in the articles.  The materials published in the journal reflect the personal point of view of the authors, which may differ from the point of view of the editorial board.

The decision to publish or reject materials is made by the editorial board and approved by the editor-in-chief.

The author’s fee for the publication of articles is not charged.

The editorial board has the right to reject materials that are improperly designed or not related to the subject of the journal.

The editorial board does not enter into a discussion with the authors of rejected materials.

The editorial board reserves the right to make abbreviations and editorial changes of the manuscript in agreement with the author.

Manuscripts are not returned.

Reprint, placement or distribution of materials published and/or posted on the official website of the Bulletin “Amanzholov University” without the prior written consent of the editorial board of the journal is not allowed. Violation of the exclusive rights of the editorial board to use the materials submitted for publication and processed by the editorial board is prosecuted by law.

The relationships of all parties (editors, authors, reviewers) are based on the Ethics of publications.

Acceptance, verification and preliminary review of the materials submitted by the authors for publication in the Bulletin are carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for the design of the article. Accompanying documents that do not correspond to the Manual are rejected, the author is informed of the need to bring materials and (or) accompanying documents in accordance with the Manual.

The review of manuscripts is carried out in accordance with the Procedure for reviewing articles.

Editing of all accepted materials is carried out in accordance with the requirements for the publication of scientific literature.

The names and email addresses entered on the website of this journal will be used exclusively for the purposes indicated by this journal and will not be used for any other purposes or provided to other persons and organizations.
