The general management of the scientific journal “Bulletin of Amanzholov University” is carried out by the editor-in-chief and deputy editors-in-chief for the corresponding series of the journal. The candidacy of the editor-in-chief of the scientific journal “Bulletin of Amanzholov University” and deputy editors-in-chief are nominated by the Scientific and Technical Council and approved by the Chairman of the Board-Rector of the Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University.

Editor-in-Chief

– provides general scientific guidance on the issue of the scientific journal “Bulletin of Amanzholov University”;

– is responsible for compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, compliance with the requirements of this Regulation;

– promotes the involvement of leading scientists and highly qualified specialists in the work on the scientific journal “Bulletin of Amanzholov University”;

– determines the numerical and professional composition of the editorial board;

– makes decisions on the acceptance and rejection of materials submitted for publication in the journal;

– controls the quality and accepts documents from deputy editors-in-chief in the areas of the scientific journal “Bulletin of Amanzholov University”;

– promotes the dissemination of the scientific journal “Bulletin of Amanzholov University” by organizing mandatory mailing lists, subscriptions through mass media;

– participates in decision-making on the issues of acceptance and rejection of materials submitted for publication in the scientific journal “Bulletin of Amanzholov University”;

– supervises the work of deputy editors-in-chief in the following areas, the work of the Berel publishing house, the scientific library, compliance with the magazine’s release schedule, etc.

Deputy Editor-in-Chief

– is responsible for the quality of the content of the corresponding series of the scientific journal “Bulletin of Amanzholov University” and its scientific level;

– organizes and supervises the work on reviewing articles;

– promotes the involvement of leading scientists and highly qualified specialists in the work on the scientific journal “Bulletin of Amanzholov University”;

– makes decisions on the acceptance and rejection of materials submitted for publication in the journal;

– draws up a package of documents for the registration of the scientific journal “Bulletin of Amanzholov University” in the international databases Web of Science (Web of Science) or Scopus (Scopus);

– provides documents for timely updating of information about the journal on the official website of the Company;

– together with the Scientific Library of the Society, it works with the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise, the registration Agency International DOI Foundation, the Scientific Electronic Library of the Russian Federation (eLIBRARY.RU), as well as other Kazakhstani and foreign organizations on issues related to the journal’s activities;

– participates in decision-making on the issues of acceptance and rejection of materials submitted for publication in the scientific journal “Bulletin of Amanzholov University”;

– is responsible for the timely release of issues of the journal;

– together with the Scientific Library of the Society carries out work on assigning DOI to each published article in the journal;

– finds out the results of the citation rating of the journal, analyzes the results and takes organizational measures to improve the efficiency of the editorial office, etc.

Editorial Board

The Editorial Board (hereinafter referred to as the editorial Board) resolves issues of issue issues, works with authors.

The editorial board includes scientists who conduct scientific and educational activities in the profile of the journal, as well as having at least 2 (two) Hirsch indices in the thematic direction of the journal in the international databases Web of Science or Scopus. For a series of journals of a social and humanitarian orientation, the presence of scientists with publications in the international databases Web of Science or Scopus is required.

The composition of the editorial board is approved by the Chairman of the Board – Rector of the Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University on the recommendation of the Deputy editor-in-Chief of the corresponding series.
